St Clare’s College is an Archdiocesan school administered on behalf of the Catholic Education Office. The College’s enrolment policies are determined by the Catholic Education Commission and may vary from time to time.
St Clare’s follows the Catholic Education Commission enrolment policy. Generally, the enrolment period for Years 7 and 11 takes place annually in April/May in the year prior to entry for these year levels. Enrolments for other year groups are accepted throughout the year.

The enrolment period and dates for the Open Evening and Information Evenings for the 2009 enrolments are:
- Year 7 2009 Information Evening
Tuesday 6 May 2008, 6.00-7.00 pm
- College Open Evening
Thursday 8 May 2008, 4.30-7.00 pm
- Year 11 2009 Information Evening
Monday 12 May 2008, 7.30-9.00 pm
