St Clare’s College participates in a large range of sports through the Inter-School Sporting Program. This creates many opportunities for St Clare's students to participate in inter-school sporting competitions. Our teams represent the College in the following competitions:
- ASC Competition (Associated Southern Colleges)
- Southside Competition (Schools in Southern Canberra)
- ACTSSSA Competition (All schools in ACT)

Teaching staff from the college are responsible for coaching the teams. Team selections are based on trials held at school either at lunchtime or after school. All students are expected to attend scheduled training sessions.
