Enrolment Procedure Year 7
Enrolments for Year 7 are accepted in May of the year before entry during the official Catholic schools enrolment period. In early May of each year there is an Open Evening to which all prospective and current parents are invited. On this evening visitors are able to see the College’s facilities and student work and there are opportunities to meet many College staff.
Offers of places are generally sent in late June and Second round offers are made after that as places become available.
In November of the year before entry there is an Orientation Day on which students visit the College. On this day students are given a tour of the College and are introduced to some of the key staff and to other new students.
Enrolment Procedure Year 11
Year 10 students who choose to re-enrol at the College must re-apply in May of Year 10. Acceptance into Year 11 is not automatic. All students must participate in an enrolment process that includes an interview with a senior member of the College staff.
Students new to the College will be interviewed with their parents by the Principal.
On enrolment students sign a commitment to abide by College rules and to use their time effectively. The enrolment of students not showing such a commitment will be reviewed.
Continuing enrolment is conditional on students meeting College requirements particularly in relation to attendance and application to studies.
Other Year Groups
Entry to year groups other than Year 7 and Year 11 occurs at any time in the year. Parents should contact the Enrolment Officer on 02 6260 9405 to obtain an enrolment form and information on the availability of places.
